The company was founded by Jamal Page, a filmmaker and visual storyteller with a deep love for community and culture. Jamal discovered his passion for media at a young age and continued to grow his skills through travel and hands on experience. He started Black Sparrow Media to create work that feels honest and impactful. His goal is to help others share their stories in a way that truly represents who they are. Black Sparrow Media is also deeply involved in the local arts scene. They partnered with Cowbell Collective for the Clank N Groove event at Art Lab in Fort Collins. The event featured a live performance by The Friendly Reminders. Black Sparrow Media captured the energy of the night and helped showcase the talent of local musicians.
