Cowbell Collective ("we," "us," or "our") operates cowbellcollective.com. We are a creative arts collective supporting music and the arts along Colorado's Front Range.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide:

• Account information via Google OAuth (name, email, profile picture)
• Newsletter subscriptions (email, name, content preferences)
• Contact form submissions (name, email, phone, subject, message)

For analytics we use Vercel Analytics (cookieless, aggregated only) and -- if you opt in via our cookie banner -- Google Analytics 4. We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

• Account authentication and member portal access
• Delivering newsletters based on your subscription preferences
• Responding to contact form inquiries
• Understanding site traffic patterns (aggregated analytics only)

Essential cookies: Required for the site to function -- session cookies set by our auth system when you sign in. These cannot be disabled.

Analytics cookies (opt-in): If you accept analytics in our cookie banner, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure aggregate site usage (page views, traffic sources, popular content). You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

Account data is retained while your account is active. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are retained for a reasonable period to respond to your inquiry.

• Access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data
• Unsubscribe from newsletters at any time
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you

We do not sell your personal data. Colorado Privacy Act and GDPR rights apply where applicable.

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
