Chief Chaos Coordinator, Louann DeCoursey is the mastermind behind turning caffeine into big events (and sometimes just more caffeine). When she's not wrangling big ideas or chasing rogue metaphors, she's leading Cowbell Collective with the perfect mix of strategy, sass, and just the right amount of cowbell. Louann believes no project is complete without a well-timed pun and at least five spreadsheets. Legend has it she once solved a branding crisis using only sticky notes and sheer willpower. Having played various instruments since age 5, she loves her music!!
